SANTA

Grace and Kyler needed their annual Santa visit so we went on Friday, December 14th.  

We went down to the Santa station at South Pointe mall and got in line.  We were lucky that the line was really short so it didn't take long for Grace to hop up on Santa's lap!

We then tried to set Kyler on Santa's lap and he would have none of it!  He screamed bloody murder and shrieked!  Santa asked Kyler if he wanted a candy cane and he cried, "No, no, no!"  So, since I had to sit with Santa two years ago at this same place (since Grace had that same reaction two years ago) it was Dustin's turn to get in on the Santa picture!  

 It turned out not half bad since Kyler wasn't shrieking at this point but just pretty upset.  But, we got our annual picture which is all that matters!  And Grace enjoyed it and got to tell Santa what she wanted this year. :)

Christmas is coming!

Can you feel it?  Christmas is coming!

Okay, we can't really feel it...yet.  No snow yet, but at least the house is decorated!  

Grace was messing around with the cardboard roll thing that the wrapping paper came on.  Cool picture!

And Kyler got jealous and wanted his picture taken too so this is what he did...:)

HALLOWEEN 2012

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

These two had fun getting to trick or treat!  I took the kids out first up and down our cul-de-sac and the neighboring street.  Then I brought Kyler home and Dustin took Grace out for another hour around the neighborhood!

Kyler didn't care so much about the trick or treating but loves eating the candy!

Grace is already trying to decide what she wants to be next year for Halloween. :)

Leah's 2nd birthday party!

We were healthy this year and could go to this sweet girl's birthday party!!!  So glad!

Pumpkin Carving 2012

So I am way behind in blogging but finally getting our pumpkin carving pictures up!

This was the first year Kyler got to participate!

Grace is an old pro.

Pumpkin Patch 2012

Last Sunday we went to Roca Berry Farms for the pumpkin patch!  The kids were so sick last year and we couldn't go, so we made sure to get there as soon as we could!  

There was so much to do!  We were there for 3 1/2 hours and we didn't get everything in but were so tired when we left that we didn't really mind!

We decided to do the barrel ride.  The kids rode together in a barrel and we rode in the little trailer up front....

Until we got here....and we got stuck.

Stupid rain the night before...:)  We had to walk back.  Luckily we hadn't gone very far!

And of course a horse ride was necessary.
